it's happening to everyone who bought the holiday bundle it seems. No one on EA's end seems to be competent enough to fix this problem. I've talked to customer service they basically told me to just wait. which makes no sense seeing as this is supposed an account bound problem. Doesn't anyone at the company look at their forums? I mean, look at all these people. we're all paying customers. I don't want to sound like a self entitled **bleep**. but this is just bad service. and it shows upon EA as being a basicly bad company who doesn't care about the customers or the players who play their product.
