Battle log not recognizing Premium from Xbox One holiday sale

My premum account works in game but when i go on to battlelog it doesn't even recognize I have premuim It still show my dogtags and has my assignments reconising i have played premum but when i go to...

same here!!!!! what is going on i bought the game 3 weeks ago and it still is not fixed. I own battlefield 4 premium but it does not show up on battle log or phantom prospect. yet i still have access to the premium dog tags on battle log........this is very displeasing...... try contacting EA support though, like i am going to do.

    Yeah i'm going to, i want this fixed cause it wont even let me start the first assignment -_-

      Same I try to activate the first assignment but it keeps saying I'm not a premium member access denied, but I am a premium member!
