i have DirectX 11 and running on windows 7 home premium 64 bit and a processer: Pentium(R) Dual-Core Cpu thats all the info i have . thx ozzy.

I looked again for the specs of your graphics card and found out it supports directx 10. However, 10.1 is needed on intel cards.
You graphics card is below requirements.
I am sorry but this cannot be solved with a fix. You really need a better graphics card.
