Battlefeild 3 DirectX error. [PC]

CCleaner: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard


*** Make sure Windows is up-to-date as you will need Microsoft.net in order for drivers to work properly! ***


1. Uninstall old drivers via Control Panel/Programs 

2. Reboot into safe mode and run DriverSweeper. Reboot.

3. Clean registry with CCleaner. Reboot.

Then install the correct drivers. Use older and steady drivers.

Wow. Thatnks for the fast response. Can you simplify that into layman's terms. I have control panel up, but I don' really know what to do from there. I downloaded driver fusion and CCleaner. please tell me how to use them I don't want to mess up up my computer. Idk if I said so, but I have Windows 8 PRO 64-bit. :D

    Ok 1st you need to know battlefield 3 isnt supporting windows 8.

    Some systems with windows 8 run smooth others dont, looks like a version problem to me.

    But if your using the newest driver version i would recommend using a older version!

    I am not really into windows 8. before using these programs i advice you to try a older driver first.

      I'm using an old driver for my graphics card I believe. It's 314.22 I bevlieve. I ran that Driver thing you told me to use and I don't see any changes. I just restarted so I'll try the CCleaner now.

        I got CCleaner. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with it though... :/

      The graphics card driver 320.18 was reccommended to me by GeForce. So I'll use that. They say that it is "Certified" And the best result for GTX 650 with Win8 64-bit. So it sounds perfect for my computer.

        Did you follw up to do a clean install?

        And can you try driver 310.90
