i just purchesed a used copy of battlefeild 3 and the online pass is invaled is there any way you could help me??

It's USED, meaning the Online Pass included with it more than likely is used already. Gamers just forget to not include the online pass when selling a game requiring an online pass.
You have to buy the Online Pass on Xbox Live Marketplace or PlayStation Store for $10. Or you can go to GameStop and buy the code for $10 as well.

yea i know that but cant EA generate me a code ?? i mean its dumb that ive already paid 35 dolars for the game
