Battlefied 3 Stuttering on an RTX3070: The weirdest thing I've ever experienced

Hi Everyone,

This is the weirdest thing I have experienced while gaming. I am experiencing stuttering with battelfied 3, I have a GP76 LEOPARD laptop with and RTX3070 8GB, i7 11800H 2.30Ghz, 16 GB RAM and an SSD hard drive. You would thing I will play the game perfectly well without any issues however, it is not the case my FPS are always high never less then 120 minimum but the game freezes and it feels like the FPS is 30-40. I have a 144Hz display and the moment the FPS drops less than that in game by like 10 FPS it starts feeling like I have 40 FPS. This happens sometimes when there are big explosions or extremly intense scene and it happens constantly, everythime I am aiming and shooting. This makes it really hard to control recoil or aim correctly. I tried many things to fix this issue but nothing works at all I even ran the game on the lowest settings but I still experience the same exact thing no matter what I do, this is extremly weird. I cannot think of any reason why this is happening. Can someone please help? it be very much appreciated.
