Issue persists.
Being ignored by EA.
Anyone has any workaround on how to fix this?
Friend has the same issue--no luck and it sucks, especially with the premium share events over. EA really needs to fix this.
Good to know that I am not the only one - I have tried multiple contacts with EA (Chat and Phone), but apparently not even the internal team know what to do.
First they were trying to know whether the Shortcut Kits were part or not of EA Play - no response on that.
After, they thought that it was a VPN\Proxy\Connection issue
I also checked in-game for any of the content, I haven't access to any of it - so the problem persists.
Tryied another phone contact, nothing solved.
