More than a month; They just don't give a *.
Predictable. * the customer's money - fake propaganda, just sucking on our money to make even more pay-to-win titles. EA support lies and pretends to be good when they actually don't do anything.
Such a simple problem - too complex sollution it seems.
Sad. I expected way more from EA;

It hasn't fixed it. Not for me anyways...
I live in the UK.
