Same issue here.
From everything I've read it seems they don't want to fix the issue or don't know how to. They're consistently blaming the user for VPN/Internet/Cache problems.
EDIT: Just thought I should add that despite this being an older game your response to this is horrendous EA, people are paying for services and not receiving them with no attempt at rectifying this.

I am getting the same [ref. #vault-entitlement-failed] error. It would be really cool if this could be fixed before my subscription ends, I kind of want to be able to access my content.
And my subscription has ended. Very cool that I was able to claim these items that are all marked as included - oh wait!
Any update on this Atic?
Also experiencing the same issue. One of the only reasons I got the EA Play thing was so I can play the Battlefield games. It says it's included so why can't we get the kits? This also happens with the crates too. Come on EA - Give us an update, please!
