Battlefield 1 Access Denied Error

I have had the same problem can't figure out how to fix it

It is so annoying cause I got the game yesterday and so I wasted 60$

Same here. I'd been playing online multiplayer for a week or so with no problems. Then suddenly a few days back I can no longer log on: access denied as OP says. Can't read news, use Store, etc. Other multiplayer games work fine, my Xbox Live account is up to date, I'm plenty old enough... 

OK, I fixed mine. Unplug router, wait 5 minutes, then plug back in. All systems go.

Hi, is anyone still encountering this issue today? Can you try the router power-cycle step LittleSmolin mentions?

@reitowen17 Have you ever been able to play on your system? Or have you always been affected by this?

Please make sure that you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription and that you're not playing on an underage account. 

When trying to play multiplayer on Battlefield1 I am getting an access denied message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have have turning the router off as mentioned in previous posts. Still no joy, anybody have any ideas

@hackers1975 Do you have an active subscription? Were you able to play before? If not, are you on a full adult account? If you're on an underage account that could be a factor. 

If none of this is a factor, can you make sure that your console account is successfully linked to an EA Account.
