Battlefield 1 [BF1] Premium Pass [Turning Tides] Not Working [Solved]
I ran into an issue recently with the BF1 Premium Pass where the game showed that I have the Premium Pass was installed, but I was not able to access the Turning Tides maps. The game would tell me that Turning Tides required the Premium Pass. EA technical support suggested uninstalling the Premium Pass add-on and reinstalling. I uninstalled/reinstalled BF1, but the Premium Pass was still not working. It turns out that on my PS4, the BF1 add-ons are linked the Battlefield 4 and Titanfall 2, as well. After uninstalling only BF1, the add-ons (including Premium Pass) were still installed. To uninstall the BF1 add-ons, I also needed to uninstall Battlefield 4 and Titanfall 2. Once I deleted all three games, the BF1 Premium Pass was deleted, and when I reinstalled everything the Premium Pass started working properly. In the Library section of the PS$ XMB, you can check the installation status of the add-ons. On my PS4, after uninstalling BF1, it showed that the add-on were still installed.
Solution summary: Uninstall Battlefield 1, Battlefield 4, and Titanfall 2. Reinstall Battlefield 1. Redownload add-ons for store menu inside Battlefield 1.
