Hey @alliwantisonline,

Try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by holding the power button down until the power brick's light turns to orange. This is called a "Hard Reboot" and will clear the console's cache. If that doesn't work, try this on your Xbox One:

• Clear your Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear & Restart

@mjkasper27If you are PS4 or XBOX, you need members to play online games. If you are a PC, you may need a VPN

@alliwantisonline You need membership for Xbox one , is called Xbox gold . To play any online games on you XBOX you need membership to do so , privileges to play online with Microsoft.
