I recently went on the battlefield 1 companion app and bought a mondragon storm with my war bonds. After buying the weapon, my screen showed that the war bonds were spent but the weapon was still not unlocked. After reloading the page and looking on my Xbox, the weapon was still not in my inventory but the war bonds were still spent. Is there a way to fix the issue or is there nothing I could do?

Have you tried to restart your console? Are you still missing your weapon in Companion app?
I tried that but sadly it still didn't work. I think it is more of a problem with the companion app since if i buy a gun on my console, it works
