Thanks for the response, when it crashes, there is a window that pops up, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, Windows will close the program, and notify you if a solution is available." That is it for after it crashes.
The cpu spikes to 100% when it crashes, this is a new laptop, and I believe everything is up to date, though I haven't checked that yet, and am currently running through the clean boot, with running origin as admin.

9 years agoPlease check the following and post anything you find that relates to BF1
- Open Control Panel
- Open Security and Maintenance.
- Expand the Maintenance Category, then select "View Reliability history" under the heading that reads "Check for solutions to problem reports."
In the graph click on the most recent X symbol that corresponds to the crash, in the details below right click the event and 'view technical details', copy and paste that info here please.
