Battlefield 1 Crashes on "loading level"

Community AdminThank you for the posts. We're aware of this issue, it's being looked into.
Hopefully we'll have an update soon on this, and we can get trial users back into the game.
Hi David, do you think we might get a couple of hours back for the trial as most of us looks like we lost a lot of time on the trial tinkering until we came here.
I'm no compensation freak but i beleive this would be the right thing to do as although this is free, most of us paid the subscrition to join origin access to play this trial.
I would just like my time back if possible.

Hi all, I don't have any news on this, other than that it's still being looked into. Hopefully I'll have something more detailed soon.
@mistachicken Unfortunately I don't have any info on getting the time toppedback up.In some cases Origin Access trial time can be reset, this does sound like a prime example.
If we can do this it would be after the issue is resolved, at which point we can hopefully help folks out.

Thank You! I really lost a lot of time trying to connect to some servers until I figure out what really happened... So, please, We all gonna be pleased if you guys reset our time after the fix 🙂 . BTW, I am on XBOX so don't forget this problem is also affecting EA ACCESSDon't forget EA access members on Xbox and I deleted it until this issue is fixed

It seems a lot of trials are coming to a close and I would like to know whether I should keep my subscription running for the time being.
If this is not fixed soon then I would like to hold off until the following month.
