Community AdminHi all, I don't have any news on this, other than that it's still being looked into. Hopefully I'll have something more detailed soon.
@mistachicken Unfortunately I don't have any info on getting the time toppedback up.In some cases Origin Access trial time can be reset, this does sound like a prime example.
If we can do this it would be after the issue is resolved, at which point we can hopefully help folks out.

Thank You! I really lost a lot of time trying to connect to some servers until I figure out what really happened... So, please, We all gonna be pleased if you guys reset our time after the fix 🙂 . BTW, I am on XBOX so don't forget this problem is also affecting EA ACCESS
Don't forget EA access members on Xbox and I deleted it until this issue is fixed
Getting trial time back would be great, considering I've wasted 2 hours of it on troubleshooting, was planning on purchasing the game, but may not after this fiasco
