Battlefield 1 has auto sprint with a keyboard. I'm not sure if auto sprinting is possible with thumb sticks.
What's your definition of auto sprint? Mine is pressing the W key and automatically sprinting without needing to press any other keys.
Just like in PUBG, after pressing and releasing a key on the keyboard once, the character should continue running automatically.

I understand now. I don't know how to auto sprint without holding a key down. I do know how to auto sprint pressing and holding only the W key down if you're interested.
