i need help

I bought Battlefield 3 on the Origin platform many years ago, but now I can't launch it on the EA App and it shows an error.

    I spent about all of December talking to them. Only Indians respond, and they don't want to do anything about it.

    They give useless advice about deleting the license file (I don't have it in that folder) and reinstalling Windows, the EA app, and the game.

    I've tried all of this. On four PCs. With different Windows 10 and 11 versions.

    It's all useless. EA took the game away from us.

    I know why this happened, and I told them about it. I once had Xbox Game Pass, and when it expired, some of the DLCs I'd bought (I've had premium since about 2012) were simply taken away.

    They have a price on the DLC list, but they download and the battlelog shows everything correctly, with logs from ten years ago.

    They're just lazy and don't want to fix it, that's all.

    Literally the same error.
