Hey @FreestylerNIKI,
That's odd indeed.
May I ask what the platform is where you want to download BF1 on? - @EA_Leeuw On pc, through origin.
- @EA_Leeuw And now I get this error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:2
Did you already uninstall Origin?
Try it, if dont works, change your install location and move your game library to another location (just copy and paste and and then move the folder location in origin).
hope it works- @DaNiKaMoRi I tried the Origin uninstall and I moved Origin from the basic folder to another, but to no avail. I'll try the game library switch though.

@FreestylerNIKI, thanks for the update. The error code that you're getting is pretty much a generic Origin error code.
There are a couple of things you can try:
- Try running Origin as an Administrator: https://help.ea.com/help/pc/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/
- Temporarily disable your antivirus software to see if that is causing the issue
- Clear your Origin cache as follows: https://help.ea.com/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Let me know if you see any change in the situation.
- @EA_Leeuw I tried these fixes just about now. The code disappeared, but now the download it's stuck at 22%, right where the game starts being playable during download.
- @EA_Leeuw Stuck at 0b/sec.

@FreestylerNIKI, did you also make sure to exclude Origin from your Antivirus or Firewall?
Have you also tried to perform a Clean Boot of your system and download the game, to see if that works? https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ - @EA_Leeuw Did that aswell. Nothing changes.
