I just played BF4 recently, but every time i enter the Costumization menu, my game always suddenly freeze after i change my weapon, but my i can still move the cursor.
have anyone can help me? i am playing in MSI Laptop, core i5 gen 11, 8GB RAM, RTX 2050.

Try reinstalling your game and check for updates for your CPU and GPU drivers. Hard to imagine anything else is causing the issue.

Have you ever checked the minimum requirements for playing pc to play. And I take the opportunity to tell you that you are using 8gb of ram.
Your game will play of course, but not very well......................... but you already know that.
