Hi there! I just had this issue for a while. I was playing earlier today but then all of the sudden I couldn't connect online, but this fixed it for me!
1. Go to your file explorer
2. Go to My Documents
3. Find the Battlefield 1 folder and delete it
You don't have to worry about breaking your game. BF1 will just make a new folder. But because this folder does contain your data, you'll lose any configurations you've made in the past, but it's a pretty good trade off IMO.
Hope that helps you guys!

Was having the same problem with BF1 and GTA5 !!!!
Have tried everything - Router setting, ports forwading, Have done all from the EA Guide.
There is one thing in my case - ESET SMART SECURITY :
Even if you disable the firewall and protection it still does some of its security- and to be exact : PROTOCOLS FILTERING
FIND THIS SETTINGS:
INTERNET PAGES and EMAIL !!!!!
on the right hand side: PROTOCOLS FILTERING
edit the EXCLUDED APPLICATIONS - add your game to the list
Thats ALL 🙂
