Can anybody help i have been trying to contact ea live chat for 2 days, but cant get in touch with them, a community manager can check my acc to see if the Battlefield 1 game is linked to it, i can even post a screenshot of the Order history as proof that i purchased the game, I just wanna know why the game aint there anymore , am i banned or what, and if I am why

Every time i try to contact ea live chat it says *waiting while we connect you to a ea advisor* it goes on like tha for 2 hours then it says timed out. I tried every region but still the same
