All the settings were the same as you described in Nvidia Control panel. I went in and changed the graphics settings in game and still nothing fixed it.
I play tested the game to see what its like beyond the menu screen and the whole game just has a fuzzy look to it, without V-sync i get screen tearing and it just doesnt run much better on border-less, other then the fact that it removes the fuzzy look.
@ZeHindenBurg For testing and this could be your issue as cables do go bad over time and due to BF1 is a hog to run it will show up in this game before others. So change the DP cable / what kind you use from your screen to your PC and see if this will fix it for you.
Something rather bizarre, i changed my HDMI cable for another one i had laying around and the game runs clear and fine now but when i go to adjust any setting, weather it be brightness or graphic levels, it blacks out for a second and then reappears with the text confirming if id like to change the settings and then the fuzzy image is back.
Seems GeForce Experience has it optimized and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it working now but like I said I cant touch my settings or else it reverts back.
@ZeHindenBurg For testing remove GeForce Experience and see if it all works correctly after a reboot.
Seems Geforce Experience helps to a degree, after i uninstalled it the game ran fine for awhile and then reverted back the blurry screen. i rebooted the PC reinstalled GeForce Experience optimized the game it was fine again.
Like i said though i cant touch any of the in-game video settings or else it reverts back to the blurry screen.
