Purchase/Starting the game problem

Hello,

I recently purchased Battlefield 3, but I am experiencing an issue when trying to launch the game. It prompts me to enter an activation code, and when I do, I receive an error message saying that I am not connected to the internet—even though my connection is working properly.

I have already checked my internet connection and restarted both the game and my computer, but the issue persists. Because of this, I am unable to activate or play the game.
