Battlefield 1 incredible low fps without any reason

Hello everyone! I have always been playing BF1 on Ultra settings and had like 60 +/- fps. But for like a half year already I have terrible low fps. Sometimes it goes stable for like 65 FPS or somethi...

Okay so right now I reinstalled the game once again and moved it on my SSD and all of a sudden i cant join any game. When i search for rush for example, it says that there is no suitable game for me and in server browser it says loading game and after few seconds it just moves me back in the server browser....
