@OskooI_007The median is still 50 to 60% of overallCPU usage, the fact that individual cores hit 90% (and barely any 100%) randomly for a fraction of a second doesn't really mean anything, every CPU does that in BF1, the average is still 50-60%. Individual cores randomly hitting ceiling doesn't mean that the actual CPU is bottlenecking, because each core's usage is sporadic.
You could see a similar case with the i7 8700k (same with the video he linked) each core's usage acting sporadically hitting usage ceiling as well, but you could see the framerate is much higher, just because it's just a better processor compared to the r5 2600x and that's what I was trying to explain:
