Battlefield 1 Middle east server low (red bar) ping, internet fast!

I live in the middle east and my internet connection (wired) is extremely fast. A few days ago the middle east servers ping was green (bars) my latency would be 30ms which means i have good connection to it. 3 days ago it crashed to low ping (red bar) and my latency spiked up to 200ms. The server list would also tell me that hong kong servers have better ping?? How is that even possible ☹️ i always play on middle eastern servers. I called my service provider they told me my internet is working just fine.. I re-started my router multiple times and still i get insanley low pings with high latency. what going on with the middle eastern servers? Please help!☹️
