Battlefield 1 missing multiplayer privileges

Can someone please help with this issue - it's a bit naff that no one from EA has provided a response.
My friend had the same issue, and all he did to get it to work was sign into the game, go into a single player match, finish it, signed out, and then signed back in. Kind of a weird process, but... worked for him. Good luck guys, hope it works for you.
- ApprovedWhen u say "single player match" are u talking campaign? We can't access anything but campaign.
