So, it looks like Non-Driver Mice are not optimized with Battlefield 1, which could be why you're experiencing these issues.
Are you able to switch back to the Logitech G, or another mouse that you have available?

Sorry to hear about these Mouse issues you're experiencing.
Have you tried resetting your keybindings, and re-assigning them for your mouse?
Also, have you tried repairing the game files in Origin?

Tried both methods in both games, no luck.
I should also mention that with Spot/Commorose bound to both Q and the thumb button, I can spot with the thumb button, but not open and use the commorose.
Have you experienced this issue before with any other mouse you've used? Or have you only used the FinalMouse?
I thought resetting and re-mapping might do the trick.
I never ran into the issue prior due to using Logitech G series mice which have software that lets you alias keyboard keys to mouse buttons without modifying in-game keybindings; the FinalMouse is the first mouse I have used that has had this issue. I tested the problem again with another mouse that has no dedicated software and the issue persists.
