Battlefield 1 multiplayer

Battlefield 1 Multiplayer will not work. The notice given in game says "MISSING MULTIPLAYER PRIVILEGES". I have an EA sub. I have my X Box Series S connected to my EA account. I have been through all the help sections. I have tried everything suggested in the help sections. Restarted my console, uninstalled/re-installed the game, restarted my router, and so on, and so on. I have not been banned, nor my account deactivated. Checking server status shows all green checks. No server issues. Game is not on the "Not Supported Games List". Everything I'm looking at on my end says I should be able to get right in. Still no change. Anybody know what's going on here?
