Battlefield 1 no multiplayer privileges

I’ve spent 2days with ea.com made me a new profile and still can’t play online no multiplayer privileges they keep blaming my network but every game except ea works great they have closed 2 cases on me they say thdy fixed the problem when I get one same problem plz someone help

@swedlikabeast22  You might need to speak with Xbox support in that case. The message you're seeing usually relates to your Xbox Live subscription, as that's what supplies the multiplayer privileges.
