I have some problems with Battlefield 1 on Xbox One where the Help and Battlepack section won't load. I tried to log out of my Xbox, restart the game, and even took it out of the console and still doesn't work. I need help to get this figured out and it's not the " Battlepack not giving me the skin or award " kinda thing. Also any scraps from weapon skins I scrap don't get received. Any info on how to solve this is welcomed!
I have merged all the threads on the subject. According to Striterax, DICE developer, the battlepack system has been temporarily disabled, as it contained a bug that caused connectivity issues. That's why battlepacks can't be viewed or opened (and most likely why scraps aren't updated). The timetable for battlepack system working again is currently unknown, so it's only possible to wait. At the very least, battlepacks obtained during the downtime period will still be there afterwards.
