The fact that the language of the game depends on the region. If you speak English and you live in Russia or Poland, all products of Origin store will in Russian or Polish.
If you want to play Battlefield 1 in English you can try to find it on retail stores.
Could you advise what are the official retail stores that offer Early Enlister/Ultimate edition in ENGLISH? I have exactly the same problem. When I contact EA support I was informed:
