are you sure you completed the first 2 challenges and EITHER challenge 3 or 4? If not, you didnt fullfill the challenge. If yes, please give it some time and if it isnt here within the next 3 weeks, please contact customer support.

yea i did the revives and resupplys well over 10 i mean i,m gonna try to wait it out and see what happens
I dont rember the exact task but if you only completed 2, you will not get it afaik. You needed 1,2 and than 3 or 4.

From what I'm reading, you only need to do 1 of the 4 challenges, but I finished two just to be safe because I still haven't received the PTFO skin for the MP18. I'm not sure, maybe it's time zone orientated. I'm just confused because I have a buddy in Eastern Canada who received his and I live on the East Coast of the United States and haven't received anything

yes, it's true. You just needs to make one of the requirements to get the skin. I had done this with the supplies.
