It's both showing correct!
The difference is:
> Battlefield 1 main Menu just shows the play time you played on a running Match in Multiplayer.
> Origin counts every second you was in the Application. (Menu time, Single player time, Time you was on empty Servers, Loading screen time into a match, ect.)
