What do you mean: "when I try to start the Premium Pass it says I don't have the game"? You do not boot the game via DLC. Just boot the game via normal means and you should be fine. The Premium pass is nothing more than an account entitlement and a small few MB file, you do not use it to boot the game at all.

That means that premium is working and that there may be a local or PSN issue. Can you verify that you havea enough HDD space on your PS4? If you do I recommend doing a hard reset of the PS4 by holding the power button until it shuts off. Then restartthe PS4 and see if your PS4 begins downloading.- ApprovedAnonymous8 years ago
I have the same proble. There is 200 GB free space and hard reset did not solve the issue.
Any ideas?

On which of the three platforms are you playing? If on console can you go to your downloads and see if installation is pending? If so can you cancel the installation and try redownloading?

I tried deleting then reinstalling but it now doesn't show up at all, it says installed on the store but it doesn't allow me to play in game DLC's ☹️
- Hello @Speedbird111,
Can I ask which Platform you are playing on so we can better assist you?
