Battlefield 1 Progress loss and halt

There is a bug in which all progression on weapon assignments and ranks has been reset. Additionally, there is no way of progressing through weapon assignments. As shown in the photo, I have the martini Henry (which you get for reaching scout level 10) equipped however, it states that I am scout level one. Also the extra strange thing is that I can’t earn my rank back or progress through any weapon assignments, meaning I can’t use any DLC weapons. It also means I can’t unlock any weapon skins from packs because I can’t earn packs because game/servers don’t register unlocks. This seems to be happening on random but specific servers, maybe every 1/15 doesn’t have the bug for me. It’s odd that every other game I play is fine except for battlefield one because previously I had had a glitch where servers never popped up, and if a rare occurrence they did, they had ridiculously high ping.
