Battlefield 1 redirects me to steam

I've recently bought EA play on steam to try out battlefield 1 revolution battlefield 5 and a few others. now that the suscription ended, and I try to open battlefield 1 on origin (i had the game for a few years now) it will redirect me to the battlefield 1 revolution steam page. and I'm not opening this game. I've already tried to reinstall origin, steam and battlefield 1 and it wont solve it. I also can't open a support ticket because that page is broken and wont let me submit a ticket. how do i solve this?

    @elmarto2010 Are you launching it from your desktop or from the Origin client? When you reinstalled, was this via Origin?

    I reinstalled it via origin, and i'm opening it from the origin client. i've also tried to login out from steam and it didn't work. it opens the steam client anyways

    @elmarto2010 This may be an issue with your accounts, I would recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor for them to look into it.

    I fixed this problem in the worst way possible, had to buy battlefield 1 revolution. however, i have this problem with battlefield 3 so i will reach to the EA advisor
