Battlefield 1 server disconnected xbox one na

My game launches. When I try to access multiplayer it drops all connection to the server. The single player doesn' load and the customize option don't work either.  This started after the June 2018 update . Any fixes?

    I'd start out by doing a hard reset of your console to clear the cache. Do this by holding the power button on the front of your console until it shuts down completely. You'll know it worked because your console will go through the long boot up process. I'd restart your router as well as it frequently solves connection issues.

    Hey @SilverBlade676 sorry to hear that the issue did not get solved, what steps did you try to do? 

    A quick question for you, are you playing on WIFI?

    I️ have been having this exact problem after the recent updates. Nothing has worked to resolve the issue, but all of my other multiplayer games work perfectly online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I️ have tried those steps before and none of them helped. I️ am playing over WiFi.

    Hey @epicjrod1118 I recommend that you try to play with TP cable connection. WIfi can be very unstable.
