Battlefield 1 server disconnected xbox one na

My game launches. When I try to access multiplayer it drops all connection to the server. The single player doesn' load and the customize option don't work either.  This started after the June 2018 u...

I️ have been having this exact problem after the recent updates. Nothing has worked to resolve the issue, but all of my other multiplayer games work perfectly online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I️ have tried those steps before and none of them helped. I️ am playing over WiFi.

    Hey @epicjrod1118 I recommend that you try to play with TP cable connection. WIfi can be very unstable.
