This appears to be a issue with the recent update to the anti-cheat. It is conflicting with sound devices in which you lose audio and the only fix is to reboot. For example, my Creative X-Fi Titanium HD works perfectly fine all day, but when I boot up BF1 or BFV, within moments the audio drops out. BF4 which doesn't use EA Anti-cheat (Punkbusters instead) has no issue. Others are experiencing this issue and we seem to have pinpointed to it starting the same time they pushed an update to EA Anti-cheat. No word from EA.
