Battlefield 1 Swiching From Xbox One to PC?

So I already bought the game on Xbox One would I be able to get the game for free on PC?

Pc and Xbox One are separately platforms so game will not carry over to next one.

No, they must be bought separately as they will be on different accounts - though both platforms offer the Origin Access service which soon will feature Battlefield 1.
