I bought a second hand disc for BF1, downloaded the game on my PS5 and it said that it needs and UI Update. At first it stuck at 97, then after re-try i got 0%.
I tried EVERYTHING the support live chat told me, but their ai generated solutions didnt help.
safe mode, hotspot, dns etc etc
what do i do?
It might be worth giving the option to rebuild the database a go. If memory serves, PS5 has that option. You could also try moving the installation to a different drive, if you have one.

You should talk to EA support, they should be able to provide you with more relevant information.
Maybe that's why it was a "second hand" disc !!
