That's certainly an odd one @Dzhanan. Does your ISP have any restrictions on your connection, for example, do they throttle bandwidth during peak times?
From your post it sounds like you may be having issues with your connection, I know it sounds unusual but I have had a similar issue myself in the past where I was only able to play online during certain times and outside of those times nothing would work. For me, the solution was moving ISP as I found out that during peak hours they were throttling the connection of people who used a lot of bandwidth.
But before we make assumptions, let's start by taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all. Once done try the game again to see if it works or not.
If you can share your UO Trace that would be great as it allows me to take a look at how your data is being routed.
It may be worth doing two UO Traces, one when you are able to play and another when you are not so that we can compare them and look for an issue.

Actually i managed to connect when i reset the router. Thank you. 👍
Nope @EA_Darko . The issue continues. Any other suggestions? ☹️

That it worked for a time after you reset your router @Dzhanan would further point to the issue being related to your router or ISP.
With that in mind let's go ahead and ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.
The ports to open are:
- TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
- UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900
You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.
Were you able to run a UO Trace? If not, can you go ahead and do that now so that I can take a look at your data and how it is being routed.
Also, it may sound mad but would it be possible to use mobile data and set your phone as a hotspot and connect through it? This could further help us narrow down the cause.

- @Dzhanan did you check on your router the QoS (quality of service) table for app/services and if there are any services or range of ports which are scheduled to be blocked at certain time? There are some modems/routers who can block games/ip ranges via settings eg "kids parental control" (not stating this is your "status" 😉)
