BF4 Story Unlocks and Battlelog Bug

For those that have yet to receive their BF4 Story unlocks please post the SS's of your Steam (if applicable) and your EA achievements as well as your battlelog and in-game. Please include your username where possible (see attached pictures).

This is a collection of people that have yet to receive the items they paid for and will be used as information collection for the lawyers. As this thread will most likely be locked, if/when that happens other means will be setup to collect this information for the class action suit that will be brought against EA in regards to this battlelog bug. 
We are gamers, we are family! Stick together and we can stop EA from stealing from us!
