    Nevermind, I downloaded the game onto my laptop and transferred all the filed onto my desktop, that seemed to work.

    I also have this issue and tried almost everything and still stuck on 33%, so I am just getting a refund as I spent 20 bucks to play it early and I cant even start the game.
