How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Possibly by looking into the settings of the game controls and look why it is not working on default settings.
What happens when the bug occurs? Not much, the guns won't fire. I have selected Conquest but it happens on every mode.

Like stated above: xbox elite controller trigger stops default sensitivity causes some guns to not fire like the Flametrower and sniper rifles. Could you guys please look into this to prevent these things happening to other players in the future?
I have Elite controller set as follows & don't have any problems.Try these settings in XBox Accessories App/configure/edit profile:
For each trigger there are 2 bars in the Accessories app.
For LT set the left number at 0 & right at 20, trigger stop on the controller activated.
For RT set the left number at 0 & right at 1, trigger stop on the controller activated. (If this too "hair trigger" try L5/R10 to prevent accidental shooting)
Save to your controller & you should find your sniper & flamethrower woes are resolved.
