Also, try these steps:
In case you have "Failed to connect to EA Online" issue in Battlefield 1 or Battlefield 4 on your Xbox One you will need to try this possible solution:
1) Go to Xbox Settings►► All Settings►►Network (Network Settings)
2) Then, go to Advanced Settings►► Alternate MAC Address and select "Clear"
After you will need to turn off (unplug the power cable) your Internet Modem (Router) and wait 15 seconds and turn on it. Then, also for Xbox One (turn off your Xbox One and unplug power cable and wait 15 seconds and turn on)
- Anonymous8 years agoThank you guys @Ourumov13 , @IIPrest0nII, I appreciate it, the problem was all with my router, as I understand, my router only use 2.4 Ghz band, and that is the problem, the band shall be switched to 5 Ghz so I can play on EA servers. I understood that by using another internet device, for which I could play online when it is switched to 5 Ghz, but not if 2.4 Ghz!

@BahrainiJaf, thanks for the update, good to hear that your problem is solved 👍
But just to add my personal opinion, I would recommend using a LAN cable for online gaming if possible 🙂
