Battlefield 1

Need help trying to log on to my account that I haven’t used in awhile and every time I put in my email address and click send a code it never comes can anyone help

    In that case, it's probably best that you speak with EA Help so they can take a look. If you go to help.ea.com, search for Battlefield 1 and select it, then choose the "I need help logging in to my EA Account" option, you should be able to start a live chat. Potentially, your account has been made dormant if you haven't logged in for a long time. 

    If the live chat option doesn't appear, try using the EA Help site while ensuring that you're logged out or in incognito mode.

Hi paddypmc,

Probably a stupid question, but have you confirmed that you're checking the right email address and that emails from EA aren't bring blocked or marked as junk?

    I have tryed everything it’s the right email when I tryed to make a new account with the email address it says already been used checked all threw my email in junk and all no email has came threw
