It has something to do with the in-game FPS limiter. When I cap with RTSS, the problems are gone. The update messes with the engine somehow.

Hello p0peye_NL,
Try reinstalling the anti-cheat, also check out the link below for more information.

That isn't it, i have it also on battlefield 5, this javelin cheat does something with frame pacing

This has been happening to almost everyone. Same here for me. I tried reinstalling the anti cheat thinking that would solve everything, never worked. It's my first time to ever get these type of stutters here in battlefield 1... This issue is because of the new update, not only happening on bf1 plus bf6. I feel the only solution could work is if EA can do Do Something VERY soon, right now.. I can't even play the game as it stutters every 2 seconds.

It stutters extremely when pressing some keyboard binds; this must be a javelin conflicting with the engine or something.

Turning off MSI Afterburner and RTSS can totally fix the stutters you’re getting in Battlefield – give it a shot!

Hey danisoff Do you know when there would be a fix for the stutter?

Things that helped me, was to deactivate shader-cache size in the nvidia control panel. Game needs to load a little bit longer and the start of the match is a bit laggy, but no more problems with low fps during the match. Best is also to delete the old files in the nvidia cache folder. Also found out that when pushing certain buttons the fps drops instantly and at the same time gpu load decreases to only 20+ % from 97-99 %.
